Margaret T. - District Curriculum Specialist
Whether you are looking for a single professional learning day, a multi-session implementation cycle, curriculum support, instructional coaching, or a thought partner for long-term planning, we help translate big instructional goals into practical, usable steps teachers can bring back to their classrooms.
Our role is not to hand you a pre-packaged program. Our role is to help you build the right path forward.
We begin by listening. Before we recommend a workshop, curriculum plan, or consulting structure, we work to understand what your team is trying to accomplish and what barriers are getting in the way.
From there, we design support that is:
Customized
Built around your goals, your educators, your students, and your context.
Practical
Focused on strategies, tools, and materials teachers can actually use.
Collaborative
Developed with leaders and educators, not simply delivered to them.
Flexible
Scaled to fit your timeline, budget, and capacity.
Implementation-minded
Designed to help new ideas become sustainable instructional practice.
Our core professional learning package is designed for schools and districts that want professional development to result in meaningful classroom implementation — not just a strong workshop day.
This package includes one full-day professional learning session followed by two half-day implementation sessions. Together, these sessions help teachers learn new instructional approaches, try them in their classrooms, reflect on what happens during implementation, and continue building toward deeper student engagement and more rigorous thinking.
Onboarding Design Conversations
Meetings with our team to ensure that we are properly understanding your goals and aligning the training to best match intended outcomes. These conversations remain implementation focused, ensuring the time spent in training translates to results in the classroom!
Full-Day Professional Learning Workshop
We begin with a full-day session focused on the mindset shifts, instructional moves, and classroom structures that help teachers move toward more rigorous, inquiry-based learning. Teachers leave with practical strategies they can begin using right away.
First Half-Day Follow-Up Session
After teachers have had time to try new approaches, we return to help them reflect on what worked, where students struggled, and what adjustments can make implementation more successful.
Second Half-Day Follow-Up Session
The final session focuses on scaling and deepening the work. Teachers examine how to move from isolated strategies toward stronger instructional routines, increased student ownership, and more consistent classroom implementation.
Report and Recommendations
Every EdClimb project ends with reflections, lessons learned, and suggestions for follow-up work. We know that schools are a place of continuous improvement and we thrive on supporting that work!
Core professional learning engagements typically begin at $8,500–$12,000, depending on the scope of customization, number of sessions, travel needs, planning time, and implementation support.
Because every school and district context is different, we build each proposal around your goals, timeline, and available resources. If you have a specific budget range or grant-funded initiative in mind, we are happy to help shape a plan that fits.
Many partnerships begin with a conversation about goals, constraints, and available resources. From there, we recommend a scope of work that is practical, transparent, and aligned to the outcomes your team is trying to achieve.
The first step in any journey is to plan! Let's have a chat about your needs and goals to consider whether EdClimb might be right for you. Reach out to schedule a short exploratory call to tell us about your vision and we can point you toward resources and support to make it happen!

Faced with the consistent "venting session" that most staff meetings had become, we partnered with a K-6 charter network to redesign protocols for teacher meetings. From department huddles to full-school meetings, we created and facilitated a series of reflection protocols that would help teachers define shared struggles and translate them into action. Transforming instructional leads and assistant principals from "enforcers" to "facilitators" gave teachers more autonomy in being part of the solution!

Seeking to break free from the "one-size fits most" model of textbook companies, one of Ohio's largest districts partnered with EdClimb to ramp-up inquiry in the 5-8 Social Studies classrooms. EdClimb worked with educators in the district to custom design 20 instructional blocks that included an inquiry experience for students and a content support lesson to improve the quality of Social Studies teaching district-wide.

Working to engage teachers from across the state, we joined with a university partner to facilitate implementation of a federal grant project. We custom designed, produced, and hosted six web-based training modules to help participants complete necessary pre-work before in-person training sessions. From scripting to filming to editing, our team was prepared to tailor the product to the grant specifications; ensuring compliance and an enduring quality product.
We know that no two schools, districts, or teaching teams need the exact same kind of support. That is why our services are intentionally bespoke. We work alongside leaders and educators to understand your goals, your current challenges, your instructional priorities, and your budget to design a plan that fits!
