Our founders are passionate educators looking to make a change in how we train and support in-service teachers! We bring almost 50 years of combined experience training teachers and designing PD solutions for clients across the state.
Chief Executive Officer Ryan Suskey, MAT J.D.
A professed pedagogy nerd and verb enthusiast, Ryan is passionate about bringing the joy back to learning. Ryan has classroom experience at the middle, high, and collegiate levels and has spent the last 10 years in civic education and teacher training. His specialties are incorporating Authentic Intellectual Work (AIW), civic education in cross-curricular contexts, and inquiry-based teaching.
Chief Operating Officer Sarah Kaka, Ph.D.
A leading scholar in the field of teacher education, Sarah brings a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to the projects here at EdClimb. She is committed to supporting teachers on their journey to lead classrooms with integrity and authenticity. Her work is widely published in academic journals and cited in conferences throughout the nation as we work to grow and expand the quality of teacher training and ongoing classroom support.
